Palm Springs 12/22 When I checked in the front desk staff was very helpful. She couldn’t find a two full bed room for me so she upgraded it to a family suite bedroom. That room is so spacious and has the best view. The front desk staff also got me a luggage cart from upstairs. During evening hours, it’s hard to speak with the front desk staff because they are usually away. It’s very conveniently located but carpets and in-room amenities are substandard. Worse part is the unfriendly staff!

Staff was very nice and friendly.was not happy with breakfast which we paid little extra to be included in our stay otherwise would have booked stay in other place without breakfast which was cheaper.Its just grab and go breakfast some muffins,ready to make oatmeal,cofee,tea and granola bars.
Nice buildind. Grounds need attention. One light hanging from ceiling. Toiletries for one only. No in room coffee. Breakfast is grab-n-go sonot much.

Very good!
We liked it was close to the airport so we could walk but the contintental breakfast was not good. Real milk would have been nice and more choice of cereals.
