Well I could not believe I had to wait until 3pm to check in. I have been to so many other Extended Stay in the nation and they are always ready for me when I walk in. This particular person just shouted, "we have no rooms availlable" without even asking if I had a reservation there. Will I stay in this one hotel again? HELL NO.

bad parking disaster, okay room We were visint our family and shopping for our famlilies wedding atire for our our wedding. When we arrived half of the parking lot was closed. Due to this I had to park next to a boat and a bunch of other cars. Cars weren't even even in spaces. There was not enough room for everyone to get their cars out and I was fearfull I would get blocked in for the next day or even vet my car side swooped by the boat that was less than 3 feet from the side of my car. i was re routed to another hotel Upon arrival i was informed that they had over booked so i was routed to the red roof in down the road. Needless to say red roof did not have the fridge or coffee pot in room which is one reason why i chose the exteded stay america in pcola. I was not very happy that this happened but from what i saw of the lobby and surrounding grounds it looks llike a nice hotel. red roof on the other hand was just a plain hotel.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap and a place to sleep. They did not have any shampoo, or extra pillows. Wifi will cost you and you might have to ask for a hair dryer.

Not a good experience Receptionist claimed I had reserved a smoking room, which was not true. Stayed in 'signature' room on first floor, which was barely passable. Hardly slept at all. Other people staying there were in the parking lot fighting and yelling for hours, and running up and down the stairs. Hotel staff did nothing about the situation. Would not stay here again.

Don"t Stay At Any EXTENDED STAY No hairdryer, no breakfast at all. No computer room to use...NOTHING but the TV with a few channels and mostly Sports at that

AN OK little place near the highway and the airpor The place is fine, but nothing special. You can tell that people smoke here. They've tried to clean, but there is a faint smell in the area if you are susceptible. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is fine.

Don't stay here! The room was not cleaned, the overwhelming smell of tobacco smoke gave me headaches, the carpet I don't think had been cleaned for years, and the overall appearance indicated this place was in desparate need of remodeling.

Smoke filled room Upon arrival I was informed that the hotel only had 1 room available for the type of room I requested. When I opened the door the smell of smoke in this nonsmoking room was unbelievable. I took my luggage back to the front desk and informed the attendant that the room reeked of smoke. Her reply was "on no" here I have some air freshener. I told her I travel with my own air fresheners and it doesn't help when people have been smoking in the room.
