The location was convenient for my one night stay. But the too felt and looked very dingy and although I had requested a non smoking room everything smelled like smoke from the towels to the pillows. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and all of the furniture was stained. Very unsettling. For the price I would have expected more. At least a clean room.

Over all the hotel was clean but my room was not . It looked like the maid came in and made the bed and that was it she did not even pick up the trash. When it was time to go to sleep I pulled the covers back and to my surprise was some one else's hair and dirty sheets so we ended up changing the sheets at 11 o'clock at night. It was a good thing there was no one at the desk the next morning when I left because I would not have been nice

Review Kitchen area should have been cleaner and there should have been no cigarette burns on the bathroom sink area. Workers were great and did what they could but the place needs an upgrade.

Dissapointed When you walk in the hotel it smells funny. During our stay there were people cooking Asian food in their room using the kitchenette stove and it smelled the entire hotel up with the odor. Also, when we booked our room on here it said we were getting a queen size bed, but the bed was definitely a double size bed which is way smaller. When we told this to the lady at the front desk she assured us that our bed was a queen, but I have a queen size bed at my house and it definitely was way bigger than the one there.... read more

The room was not clean. My husband could smell old vomit on the floor next to where he sleep. None of our kitchen towels were replaced. We were offered one coffee for our entire stay, which was 8 days. One staff member, who apparently was new, needed more training as she was not friendly or curtious. All in all I certainly would look for another hotel the next time we stay in Pensacola.

Bad Christmas eve When we arrived to this hotel after calling to notify them of a late check in, our family of four found out that our 2 double room had been overbooked on christmas eve. We were given a 1 double bed room for 4 people. At 2am, we were given a 2 double bed room after the night manager cleaned it herself. We had to wake our children up to switch rooms only to be next to a room with loud young adults. This was one of the worst Christmas Eve's ever! We ended our 6 night stay here early, and left on Christmas Day.

Extended Stay - Pensacola, Florida When we arrived at the hotel our reservation was for 2 single rooms for 1 night instead of 1 double room for 2 nights. Even though we arrived after 5 pm, we had to leave so that they could arrange a room for us. I have stayed in hotels in third world countries that were cleaner than this room. Also, the "non-smoking" room not only smelled heavily of cigarette smoke but had burn holes in the curtains and bedding. I have asthma and cigarette smoke aggravates my condition. NOISE They allow elephants to stay there.... or the walls / ceiling are paper thin.
