A perfect example of "you get what you pay for" I'm glad that I did not have much time to spend in this room.

Horrible customer service Our resevarion was for one queen...the bed was NOT a queen. When we talked to front desk they refused to assist since we booked on hotel.com but hotels.com customer service called and got us moved to another room. Also the front had a long smoke break over 15 minutes and didn't answer the phones when the hotels.com called. After calling three times we had to go outside to locate her. Room smelled like cigarette to include bath towels. Don't waste your money.

don't stay here the towels are not put in room you have to go get them , they don't empty the trash and service the room daily they rely on the customer to do every thing. lazy people.

Not pleased. I want to start off by saying that i have never gotten online and written a negative review on anything lest you think I'm a complainer. I even dealt with the problem the first night before I requested a room change (Which didn't happen.) We were put in a smoking room. I tried to let it go but it really bothered my wife's allergies. When I went to the front desk they said that everything was booked. I asked them if it really was a nonsmoking room like we requested and they said yes but sometimes guests will smok... read more

would not book again Booked a smoking room by mistake. We are smokers however were not prepared for how nasty this room smelled. There were burn marks on sheets, bathtub, ect. No breakfast included. Kitchenette and full size fridge. Decent hotel if you want to stay a ways from the beach to save money. However after our smoky room, I will not be booking this hotel again.

Iffy Hotel If you're just looking for a place to crash while having the convenience of cooking your own meals (and not having to spend money ordering out)...Extended Stay America is an alright place. It is in the middle of a very commercialized area and very close to Route 110 however the "mall" across the street consists of three department stores.
