Family Trip This hotel is close to the highway, University Mall and several restaurants. We were visiting family and this gave us the space we needed and still be close to everyone else.
Ok place to stay Great staff. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Facility better than most in Pensacola
Extended Stay not a place I want to extend my stay Hotel seemed old, needs updating. However, was clean, staff were friendly. Beds not too comfortable, pillows seemed like they were years and years old, mushy, and tiny. Fortunately, we were only there one night

Business trip Good location, clean rooms and nice staff Breakfast ok
Great for a one night stay! The hotel is about 30 minutes away from Pensacola Beach, close to a shopping mall and restaurants. My husband and I stayed for one night, it was comfortable. The room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and a stove. I mostly booked this hotel because of the refrigerator plus I didn't want to stay somewhere expensive for only one night. My only complaint is the towels were dirty and rough. Again, would only recommend for a one night stay especially if you are in a budget.
Seems lower quality than I'm used to Even though we were an hour after checkin, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the room to be available. I couldn't say why, but the beds were less comfortable than I'm used to in an Extended Stay. Everything also seemed a little bit less than clean. The kitchen was missing a lot of dishes/pans normally provided. I would not have been able to cook anything if I'd tried. Not a terrible stay, but it wasn't what I've come to expect from Extended Stay locations.
Basic. Provided for basic necessities. No frills. A bit worn but clean. Friendly folks.
Good, Clean Hotel The hotel was nice, clean, and friendly! Great price! And only 20-30mins from the beach! We took a spur of the moment trip and were presently surprised by how nice the hotel was.
