Unattended late night front desk Upon arrival at 2 am, there was no one at the front desk for 20 min. Had to call corporate to resolve issue. Turns out that RUDE NIGHT LAUNDRY ATTENDANT = FRONT DESK!!! Complained to management, to no avail. In summary, rooms and price are fine, but ARRIVE BEFORE 11pm. And don't expect friendly small town service.

Did not meet my full expectations I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a Turbo Kick Instructor training in the area. This was the cheapest close hotel. I was excited about the amenities and did love the fact that there was a little kitchenette area. You don't find that even at many other more expensive hotels. Okay I was a little disappointed in the overall appearance of the hotel. I felt like it could have been a little more up-to-date and there were stains all over. Also, they didn't have enough extra pillows for every room. They were booked to the max that weekend, but I feel like they could have had extra pillows. Also, the rooms were kind of small, I think.

Smoky Our non smoking stunk of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available.

Good night's sleep Delayed The hotel was hard to find. The hotel front desk person had trouble giving directions. Once we located the place, the clerk was doing her audit and had trouble locating our room reservation, since she could not use the computer. Once we got to our room the stay was great. Wy suggestion would be better directions on the web site. Also, if I ever stay in Peoria again, I will get directions to the hotel from mapquest.

Don't Stay Here! Blood on the bed spread plus other stains. Dripping faucet:When we got in to our room and Friday night and we had a dripping faucet. We called about the first thing Saturday morning. They didn't fix it until Tuesday afternoon, so we had to listen to the drip for four and half days. There was a large stain of some sort on the floor by the window. Pick another place I booked this room for two nite stay. Clean...large. That's it. They offer no amenities what-so-ever. Was told by front desk that they only do linen change service if you stay 6 days or more. If I wanted to get linens changed I would have to wait until housekeeping staff could get me some clean linen and do it myself. That never happened--never received call from housekeeping to get requested linens. Same deal with towels. Staff all college students that really not helpful or very courteous.
