Disappointing We arrived at midnight due to our flights being delayed, and the front desk was closed! We had to pick up a phone, dial a number, and a housekeeping attendant answered and ultimately did our check in. When we arrived in our room, it was less than clean. There was mold in the bathtub, toilet and around the sink. The white towels were less than white and there was no shampoo offered. This hotel was so dirty and stains every where. The room had two double beds one was hard as a rock and the other had a huge plunge in the middle. There were unknown drippings on the wall which made us sick to think about what caused them. If you needed more tolet paper you had to pay 3.00 same with soap, towels refreshed etc. They had no other rooms open for two double beds so we were stuck with this discusting room. Smoke Although we purchased 2 non-smoking rooms, someone had smoked in the rooms. GROSS! Also, the pictures showed a re-decorated room. 70% of the rooms have NOT been re-decorated and are very dated. I would not stay again.

Won't go back Hotel hall and room stinky--reservation wrong---bed was lumpy--room carpet dirty. Did like the frig-micro-stove top and kitchen sink set up--feel like they need a good cleaning and new mattress & we would go back. Just didn't feel like it was CLEAN and questioned hotel safety at this location from what we experienced--very weird check in & paper work--Never experienced this type of paper work procedure

Extended Stay America in Peoria Beds were to soft to sleep in and pillows were also way to soft. Walls were very thin could hear everything that went on during my stay. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

Newly remodeled room, but not totally clean The room we had was newly remodeled with new carpet and flooring. But the carpet smelled so strongly of that new carpet smell that my wife and I both got headaches and decided to check out early. My wife also noticed that the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned well: hair in the bathtub and the inside of the toilet was dirty.

not impressed .... Rooms smelled like mold, carpet torn, front desk did not know where our rooms were..will not stay here or any one of there hotels again... will go over budget for a better place. And i pray i do not get bed bugs !!!!!

ESA Peoria Hotel carpets etc worn down and not cleaned. Staff unfriendly
