Bed and pillows very uncomfortable - icy outside and the walk was not kept salted. I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn't provide a hair dryer --- NONE available. No Vent in the bathroom. So glad we were only there briefly - would not stay here again.
Disappointing I chose this hotel specifically because they claimed to have a smoking room available. Upon arrival that was not the case, they had over booked and one was not available either night. I left with the feeling of a bait and switch.

Would not extend stay at extended stay hotel staff was uncompromising and even rude at times when responding to requests. Bed was very uncomfortable.
One of the worst. Air conditioning was not on in the halls and lobby. It was a very humid day with a lot of rain and it was terrible in the hotel. Some work was being done in the lobby and the desk clerk seemed more interested in that then in our checking in. Would not recomment the hotel to even my enemies.
VERY POOR STAY This place falls short in all areas. No one on front desk after mid night.
Cleanliness an Issue The room was not clean; there was hair on the bathroom counter that did not belong to me.
First Imptressions meet by a rude front desk staff, later to learn this was actually the manager.....rude jokes were just to much to stomach......customer service first for most!......Peoria lost a weekend visit from a couple on their 27th Anniversary after the shower did not even work right..... not going back to this motel!
Rethink your hotel choice... The hotel needs to be remodeled, beginning with carpet replacement and new paint. It did not leave me with a feeling of safety or one of being in a clean, comfortable environment. While the location was fine, the interior of the hotel left a lot to be desired...
