The doors, I had to use my key several times and it didn’t work. Then I went to the front desk and they changed the battery I guess and I continued to have the same problem.

The room was clean with a few minor objects that needed to be swept up. The check in was fast and problem free. Unfortunately it was after a major snowstormn

My pros: Check in was quick. The person at the front desk was extremely nice! The room was comfy. My cons: I was not informed that there would need to be a $100 deposit made until I arrived, AFTER I had already paid for my room. I also booked a king room but got a double queen instead. One of the reasons I booked here was for the kitchen amenity. Once we arrived, we requested the pots/pans and other kitchen utensils only to find out that there was everything EXCEPT pots and pans available which we had to refuse since we had ... read more

The room needs to be upgraded the table was loose the bathroom looked horrible the sink look like it's not cleaned but I know it was the refrigerator is old and it said call downstairs for pots pans and eatery we call and they didn't have any and it need to be told before booking we have to put a $100 deposit and pay for parking
