There is no maintenance at if your toilet backs up which happens alot it's oh well, housekeeping does not thuraly clean you also have to wait days upon days for housekeeping to even get too you to high priced for the not even average room desperately needs upgrades

2nd visit better than 1st This place is a hidden gem. Great location (near shopping center & airport), great bargain for what is offered AND the staff is best I know. Wayne and Kia are awesome and made my family nkt only feel comfy but welcome. Very nice people. Thank you Extended Stay Bartram Avenue Philly.
Love this hotel By far my favorite hotel. Not the best but futs all my family needs. Space, kitchen and location.
