Strong cigarette Smell for a non smoking room.
For the price it was fine for the night. Great location to highway and airport. Close to the city but not right downtown. Cheap for uber to take you right where you need to go, even for concert or other activities.

Hallway taking stairs smell like a lot of cat litter bad smell and hallways rugs need to be cleaned that’s why the hallways stank
I had to make a last minute reservation, and the availability and price for a room with 3 beds (2 plus a pull out couch) couldn't be beat within 10 miles. The infrastructure is older with workable repairs, but it was clean and we only needed it for an overnight.
