The staff was friendly and helpful when asked. I was disappointed with the room I had asked for a handicap room with a walk in shower. It was a handicap room but it was a climb in shower with a seat. I had to be very cautious getting in and out of the tub. Also the recliner in the room was nice, but once it was up you couldn't get it to stay down. Will I stay at this location again probably not because of the inconvenience of the bathroom.

Kitchen didn't have any equipment in the room, had to ask for it and then had to get it myself. They forgot different items that were on the list and had to go back several times.
