Specious, clean and close to everything. Front desk was extremely friendly. Checking was a breeze even though I was super late.

The staff were friendly and proactive. The room did not have wash rags but the front desk staff were kind enough to bring a set to the room.

It was close to the work conference I needed to go to, the hotel alarm clock worked, the staff actually remembered me from a previous visit, plenty of great places to eat in the area, and it was quiet so I got some much needed deep REM sleep
