Should be a model for all hotels Excellent service and extremely helpful front desk personal.i would gladly recommend them to everyone.i wish all hotels were modeled after extended stay america...

Shower curtain contained stains, dirty tub, and comforter had holes in it.

I was happy with the room,but when I walked into the bathroom there was plastic from a cup over the sprinkler. Housekeeping must pay more attention..There was wax on the dresser by the TV and on the floor. When we took a shower where ever the wax was it was slippery.When we checked in the front desk attendant was very pleasant.

The night clerk was not too inviting and helpful. Too long to check in because she was too busy on cell phone. However the morning clerk was sooo nice and pleasant

I've stayed here before with my husband. Not too big of an issue except for the smell of ciggerettes and weed i dont like. Prefered if it was all non smoking. I can still smell it in the bathroom, and the beds are too small. I had to get the room with double beds which was alittle more. But other thenbthat it was reasonable and close to the casino and resturants.

No breakfast or room cleaning because of COVID. Gym is closed as well. Very close to Parx casino.
