The hotel is clearly old(er) but it is maintained. Surprised that it had NO bar or resturant. For an "extended stay" facility; you had to request any and all extended stay items such as a coffee pot, cups, silverware, etc.....There was not even a single glass in my room when I arrived. I was told that there was NO daily cleaning service which was OK but I had to get clean towels from the front desk. Staff gets an A+ but hotel only gets a C.

Also, our housekeeping is done on a weekly basis to respect the privacy of our guests and offer minimal intrusion. We really liked the extended stay option. The staff were really nice. The air conditioning was perfect and did not set my husbands allergies off like some do. We wish there had been different options of cable channels. Also we wish they had informed us of a double payment we made for our room, instead the whole reimbursement time took quite awhile.

The location is good, but the bed was uncomfortable. So the night was a little rough.

The room smelled as if the floor had been wet refrigerator wasn't clean & room is outdated.

Rooms has very little insulation between them and I could hear the people in the next room very clearly. The "free" breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, and some packaged muffins. It might as well not been offered at all.
