We really liked the extended stay option. The staff were really nice. The air conditioning was perfect and did not set my husbands allergies off like some do. We wish there had been different options of cable channels. Also we wish they had informed us of a double payment we made for our room, instead the whole reimbursement time took quite awhile.

The location is good, but the bed was uncomfortable. So the night was a little rough.

The room smelled as if the floor had been wet refrigerator wasn't clean & room is outdated.

Rooms has very little insulation between them and I could hear the people in the next room very clearly. The "free" breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, and some packaged muffins. It might as well not been offered at all.

The internet search showed this and a pet friendly facility but did not indicate the extra costs for our pet, another $25 per night plus taxes. The room was as expected, but like too many hotels these days, the pillows seem to be purchased for looks rather than actually sleeping comfort. Also the number of pillows, 3 seems very odd when sleeping 2. We asked for 2 extra pillows, and I was amazed that what we were given was could have been called a pillow, it was more like a bunch of sheets stuffed in a pillowcase. There is al... read more
