The check in process was quick and easy. The room itself was ok. It looked as if the room door could’ve used some maintenance. Pillows were a little flat and the cable would occasionally go out and come back on. The establishment itself was ok, they could just use some minor improvements.

Hotel could have been cleaner

J'ai réservé cet établissement listé avec déjeuné inclus. Lorsque je suis arrivé sur place, on m'a informé à l’accueil que le déjeuner n'était pas inclus et que c'était impossible car ils n'ont même pas de cuisine sur place. J'aimerais être compensé pour ceci.

Dirty I stayed here years ago and it was very nice but now it’s not the same . The lobby is dirty rugs are filthy and no room service unless you stay a week or more. You have to go to front desk to get towels just horrible

Your website stated they offered free continental breakfast which they do not
