Great hotel comparable to a 4star hotel with half the cost

BYOP bring your own pillows. Very clean room, nice staff, however, the bed was not the best and the pillows were very flat

Served its purpose! I stayed at Extended Stay America last Saturday night as I visited the greater Philadelphia area. Although I was about 15-20 minutes away from Philadelphia's downtown area, it was still a good choice for me. The value was very good in comparison with other area hotels. I would stay again.

A MUCH Needed Rest Stayed here because our last place was horrible. We so appreciated the cleanliness, location and helpfulness of the staff after a long day at the Children's Hospital of PA.

The clerk at check-in (it was about 2:00AM) was terrible!...Unpolished and totally unprofessional!...Someone needs to tell the folks at EXTENDED STAY that front-of-house staff are the primary point of contact with the public!...First impressions only occur once, and they leave deep and lasting impressions...
