my third floor room had no hot water and the place flooded with sketchy people. looks more like a half house then a hotel. smh never ever in history will I go back to this hotel!!

For one the room kitchen was not stocked no cooking utensils no plates nothing also the room had bugs I called and was to get a refund and that never happened so to be happy with this place not at all I will never book here again

Saw two cockroaches in the room... loud noise from ac allllllllll night long. bathroom only had one tiny bottle of shampoo no soap. would love a refund

Dissatisfied with out stay We booked for a queen size bed and it obviously was not a queen size bed. i asked the front desk and the lady informed me in a matter of fact way that all their beds are queens. There was no way but said ok. It was also obvious that they do not thoroughly clean rooms. There was dust and dirt in the corners. Dust bunnies under the bed. They did not have a coffee pot or anything, they just stated that you would have to get all those items from the front desk. All night, all we could smell was marijua... read more

Sleep on the street before you sleep in this place it's disgusting

There was a shot stain on the bed, medicine on the floor, pee on the toilet and rubber gloves left behind. Not to mention the stains on the pillows

Stay away from this disgusting place. The hotel was run down, filthy, smelly, and appeared to be serving as a shelter for homeless people, with many of the residents just wandering the halls. When I entered our room, I saw several cockroaches in the kitchenette. We could not stay, and the front desk person said I could get my money back "guaranteed" but I had to call hotels.com because I booked through them.
