Honestly wasn’t my cup of tea. Easy to find but services were not great for me. Was late when I arrived and it was super icy out, when I was leaving almost fell a couple of times to do poor maintenance. The room was ok, sheets had stains on them and towels were rough. Grateful I travel with my own bedding and towels. Room was honestly too much for what it offered.

$150 room deposit They stole $150 deposit from me! It’s more than the cost of the room. I’ve never paid a room deposit ever! I’ll never stay at any of their properties or use hotels.com again!!!

Roaches There were roaches in both the bathroom and the main bedroom area.

In the room there was dirt on the floor, hair in the tub and pee on the toilet seat. The room stunk of stale cigarettes and someone was clearly smoking in one of the rooms nearby. I asked a member of the staff to clean the toilet and she came right away and was very friendly. However, I wasted 3/4 of a bottle of antibacterial spray on the bed and surfaces. They also charged me $60 for my dog when my dog is cleaner than the hotel. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is.

Get an exterminator ASAP First I had to get checked in and you only can use a card your location is not convenient for people without vehicle once I finally get checked in I couldn't get relaxed because of the roaches around the room coming out the air conditioner and kitchen so I had to keep my belongings altogether on the table away from the wall then I had to keep checking me and my family beds to make sure none was crawling on us while laying down my kids were afraid to sleep underneath the covers because of the bugs we ... read more

Spotty wifi, some lights in the room didn’t work, the key for the door didn’t work even after several resets, there were no other rooms available to change to, sparse breakfast.

First room they put us in, the door didn’t open. Back to get working key card. Then the bathroom light didn’t work well, and wasn’t set up- no soap etc. Back again and got room switched to across the
