Location is convenient for traveling. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean & comfortable.

Crystal raheim It was money well spent. We understand that nothing is perfect but pretty much only have one complaint. Is that the man above us kept us up all night. We will recommend next time we will stay on the top floor so we can actually get some sleep. As I'm writing this to you at 5:30 in the morning he is still making noises lifting weights or whatever slamming doors rearranging furniture bowling I don't know what he's doing but we did not sleep besides that the stay here was exceptional and so was the staff. The other hotel guests were very rowdy and loud quite late and made me feel uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep.

Needs Improvement Most importantly, I had to make a last minute decision to travel. All area Hotel/Motels were booked! When, even with a reservation I had arrived at the Extended Stay Hotel in Exton, PA..I was a min. late to get the last room available. The Front desk person courteously found a remaining room in Malvern, PA. I was thankful for that. The room needed updated. Microwave did not work.
