Needs Improvement Most importantly, I had to make a last minute decision to travel. All area Hotel/Motels were booked! When, even with a reservation I had arrived at the Extended Stay Hotel in Exton, PA..I was a min. late to get the last room available. The Front desk person courteously found a remaining room in Malvern, PA. I was thankful for that. The room needed updated. Microwave did not work. This is a very basic property. It has all that I need - a clean room, comfortable bed, and a hot shower. They should not advertise a Continental breakfast. It's just coffee and a little muffin.
