Very bad experience I visited the extended Stay in Exton for 2 days and it's the worse hotel I've stayed in so far.. I have visited other extended stays especially in Palm Springs,CA and my stay there was great.. Nice staff, clean rooms, and peaceful stay .. The extended stay in Exton,PA was directly the opposite of what I know extended stay for. The rooms were dirty, my toilet wasn't cleaned, no towels for 7 days, no house keeping , the whole floor I lived smelled cigarette which means the non smoking rules wasn't in force ... read more
Not again! Received a smoking room when a non-smoking room was requested. Carpet was filthy and had burn holes. Sheets were starchy/rough and hard to sleep on along with the brick mattress. Road noise was all night long. I would not stay here again. I would pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. Lesson learned.
Dissapointing for the price Booked a non-smoking room but very heavy smell of smoke from either mattress and pillows or bedcovers. Woke up the next day with a sore throat and clothes smelling of smoke. Only room available. Not great quality control--smoke smell, refrigerator not plugged in, dishes in room not clean, no utensils. Expected more from an extended stay property
Allows pets but no amenities and dirty room The dishes in the kitchen area were.dirty and counter stained. No shampoo or dish detergent - just bar soap. But close to the turnpike and good for pets and inexpensive.
Cheap for a reason You get what you pay for. Stinky hallways. Chip crumbs all over the floor. Front desk people were nice enough.
Not Impressed Room smelled, no hairdryer, no daily house keeping.
What was missing for the price, it was adequate. Just felt like that was their theme with everything. Was VERY annoyed with the squeeling toilet!
