run away....do not stay absolutely horrible. 3rd floor room. elevator broken. room filthy. warm water/no hot. dirty linens in hallway. just stay away....free is still to much....

Next time I will spend a little more I would like to start with a positive thought. The staff was very friendly. Sadly, the positives end there. Our check in was quick. The elevator did not work. I have a bad knee, but without argument, walked to the second floor to our room. There were signs posted that water would be off at certain hours. Windows were being replaced. Dirty and smelly. Worst place i have ever stayed. The Entire building smelled like a ash tray. The room looked to be half way cleaned. There were febreeze vent clips in the air conditioner vent to try hiding the odor. Also room service tried coming into my room at 7am. I told them i was checking out at 10am and they still came back at 8am and 9am trying to clean. I dont usually write reviews but this place was terrible.

Extended stay is great, hotels.com sucked I didn't stay at this hotel. Hotels.com let me book for a hotel that had no rooms left. Extended stay America was fantastic and called another location where I actually stayed. Really ticked off at hotels.com for the whole situation though

At the rates that are being charged, the rooms should be cleaned each day. There should be no charge. There were other local hotels that were around the same price and clean the room each day. There was no toilet paper in room. I had to go to the front desk to get it.

Not staying again Bedsheets were stained and very cheap. Room smelled of strong food and cigarettes. Hotel had a stale smell. Location good for traveling. Free coffee in lobby was a bonus. They don't make up your room each day.

Dirty and unkept! The staff was exceptionally nice at this hotel. However, the property is very old and run down. I found a used bandaid in our shower. We had a room with 2 beds, and were given 2 bath towels only. Bare minimum provided in the room. The entire hotel smelled like smoke as well!
