I stayed in room #104, and could not get any sleep because the room had an Ant problem. There was no manager on the premise of the ESA property, from check in time at 10:45 PM, until 11:00 AM check out time. I got no sleep or rest because I was on ant patrol, and did not want them to crawl into my bed, as I saw them on the nightstand, desk, and in the kitchen. I was creeped out! No glasses, cups, or disposable cups in the room.

Extended Stay Exton-Philadelphia - thumbs down! Upon check-in, the handles on the front door were loose, the lobby was small and not staffed well. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke.The hallways and rooms stink of cigarettes. The ceiling in the bathroom was bubbled and had water stains, the bed skirt was ripped and the bedspread had cigarette burns in it. Oh by the way did I mention I was in a non-smoking room. Gross. Simply gross. Gross. Just gross. Common areas smelled of stale smoke. Tried unsuccessfuly to get new sheets when we discovered Hair in sheets. Not clean. Could not wait to check out.

Run down and rather seedy. Reserved a non-smoking. When we arrived all that was available was SMOKING. Resembled more of a flop-house.

BEWARE Terrible I reserved a non smoking room with two double beds and they could not deliver and gave us a room with one bed for three people, I slept on the floor.

Super Smoky Entrance was smoky. Was given a purportedly nonsmoking room, but it was on a smoking floor. So stinky--the towels, the bedding, my clothes after being in there. They would not accommodated nonsmoking request, telling me to handle it with Expedia. Made no effort to move me for second night. My worst hotel stay ever! More like a $30 fly by night motel than a $100+ hotel.

Dirty and Cheap Hotel The room stinks as if I was in a Chinese restaurant. There we no kitchen utensils. The elevator, hall ways are really dirty!
