Filthy Room The room was filthy! I had to go to the front desk 3 times because the rooms had not been cleaned or the bathrooms were filthy. I will never stay here again!

Not a good experience Bed was awful. Non-smoking hotel smelled strongly of smoke.

Dirty and stinky. Hotel reeked of smoke from the moment I walked in the lobby. Thuggy people hanging out front. Garbage overflowing the trash can on the entrance area. Room was ok, although we could still smell smoke even though it was non-smoking. Then, the headboard banging from the room next to us began and lasted for an impressive length of time. Next day, I grabbed an apple from the basket on my way out and it had a big long hair on it. I tossed it on the the still overflowing trash can on my way to my car. Couldn't get... read more

should have stayed somewhere else first of all, was a lte check in. i waited about 10-15 mins for attendant to come to ft desk. then the attendant had to go check to see if my room was clean. for me, the room was older looking with older attire. wasnt a dirty room, but i would rather newer. for the price, i should have stayed in a neighboring hotel, not this extended stay room.

3rd room is the charm....just awful I'll start with the positive. Rachel, working the front desk was very pleasant and apologetic for my issues. The negatives (and there were plenty)..... My first room was not ready. I walked in and there were 3 bags of trash by the door, a dirty counter by the sink, and the bed was not made. They gave me a 2nd room and the toilet would not flush in it. Finally, I was given a 3rd room. The power went out around 6am . Leaving the hotel around 930, I could not see going down the stairs at all ... read more

Some how the hotel never got my reservation from Hotels.com and they said they upgraded my room but it was was still a small room. The staff was friendly but rather unprofessional.

Room was terrible, manager terrible., hotel, com, This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The bathroom door was put on so that it was impossible to close. Did not clear the kitchen countertop to close the bathroom door had to remain wide open all the time. AC Leaked and carpet was soaking wet. Manager was very rude, said she would put in a maintenance request next day, did not offer another room and we were leaving in a.m. Rude manager, said we never said we had a dog, which we did w/ Hotel. romantic geataway I was disappointed upon arriving to my room: I found a dirty dish in the sink, the floor was soaking wet and the room also smelled of animal urine. When I looked at the top blanket it was covered in white and red stains. Upon trying to use the ice trays they were as well filthy and dirty with brown grime in them.
