was fairley nice employees all friendly BUT COULD NOT GET MY ROOM CLEANED EVEN AFTER I ASKED

The room was not clean and had a strong smell of chlorine. The room was freezing and it took about two hours to warm up. The kitchen counter was dirty and the bathroom had hair as well as the bed.
