On a scale of 0 - 10, I would give this property a "6". When we first got to our room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a "smoke free" room. It took several days for the smell to fade. Towels were not always available, even though the signage said that they would be available anytime. Shampoo was also not always available.
