Need more luggage carts Only complaint was this particular hotel had only 1 luggage cart & no one to assist with carrying my bags. Being a senior mobility challenged lady, it was quite difficult checking out!😐

The refrigerator didn’t open during one stay but luckily I didn’t require it at the time. A week later I was placed in the same room with the same situation, but changed to another room and the water pressure was low. Changed to the third and final room and three lamps were out. I stayed in the room anyway.

not returning The front desk was rude and made us bring our own towels down to exchange for clean ones. The fridge was rusty and crazy looking, but we slept for the night!

Basic Who is acceptable clean but not really clean.If you needed anything had to go to the front desk. No coffee. Everything unplugged in the room so you had to plug it all in do use it including the lamps iand Clock. Didn’t bother to plug anything in except for the bedside lamp because it was easier to use my phone. Three pillows on the bed only and they were flat. But for what we paid and for one night it was doable.
