My sheets had hair all over them when i pulled the comforter back. I had to get clean sheets from the front desk staff.

Meh It was ok. No hot water after 5 minutes. Very noisy late at night. Probably will not book at this location again.

Everything was fine... the only thing it could improve are those professional greetings at the lobby... Good morning, Good evening, how was everything with the room.. we hope to see you soon... was our pleasure to serve you.. those things can make it special... but everything was good...

Loved the room, it was big and spacious. We had a kitchenette in the room so we could cook if we decided too. Room was clean. Didn't like the fact that o couldn't get an extra pillow. Each time I asked I was told they were out. You had to go to the front desk and ask for toilet paper. We usually stay in NJ when we go to Philly.
