I guess I could have expected this for the price (which was very low) but overall there was a since of benign neglect of this property.I only had to stay one night-- I was attending a 2 day conference in the area. The important things were clean (toilet, sink, etc), but other aspects of the room looked greasy and dusty. Just needed a reasonable overnight stay in an otherwise pricey area and this worked. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Seemed a little worn out given the newer construction of the area and high profile businesses and shopping in the neighborhood
