Convenient location Luis checked us in and was very pleasant and thorough. When we stopped by the desk with questions he always responded pleasantly.

Satisfied our need for one night but found hair all over the sink in bathroom.

Very basic The price difference between this and other similar hotels was minimal but part of my choosing had to do with breakfast being included. "Breakfast" was coffee, hot chocolate mix and some granola bars and cheap tiny packaged muffins. Very disappointed.
Clean, good and great service hotel for the price When i read the reviews written by people on TripAdvisor, i was extremely apprehensive however, my office was at walkable distance and i was going to Malvern for a month. Hence i needed a kitchen. To my surprise, the hotel was a decent place. Clean, nicely done rooms, all the amenities that i needed, clean washroom. Great place for the low price. The room was clean and neat. No daily room cleaning and only a small vile of Shampoo/conditioner and a piece of soap the size of a 50 cent piece. I will come again for the price and location.

The room was really gross with stains on the sheets and hair and rust in the bathtub, really disappointing and unsettling overall
