BEST STAFF AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IN MALVERN PA We were scheduled to stay at Holiday Inn Express, which I booked through Hotels.com. I specifically had to call this service because I wanted a smoking room. When we arrived,Kara stated that the hotel was completely non-smoking. She was extremely patient with me and called Hotels.com to help me with getting another room. This was a horrible experience with Hotels.com. Fine for a cheap(er) place to stay This is a pretty basic place to stay for a low(er) price place to stay in this area. I was there for business and just needed a place to sleep at night. The one complaint I have is access to the parking lot was little difficult as there is no turn-in from one side of the road so I had to go up and make a u-turn and even then, the entrance didn't really have a turn lane & would sneak up on me every time. The staff was very nice and the facilities were adequate.

Business stay Hotel staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Front door after hours was not working with keycard. No hair dryer in the room so called front desk. They responded quickly. The house cleaner missed cleaning the shower and I had used soap and shampoo waiting for me. Hotel staff was very apologetic and noted this for their staff. Great service from the staff.

No Problems The service and room were both fine. The rooms are a bit outdated but it is was very affordable for a one-night stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs a softer mattress.
Will definitely be back again Very good stay for the money. Although we didn't cook it was great having the kitchen there. Rooms were clean and beds were actually comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.
