The room was really gross with stains on the sheets and hair and rust in the bathtub, really disappointing and unsettling overall

Good hotel for economical long stays Good and economical place to rest during a week-long business trip. The road in front of the hotel is noisy in the early morning so better ask for a room facing the back.

BEST STAFF AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA IN MALVERN PA We were scheduled to stay at Holiday Inn Express, which I booked through Hotels.com. I specifically had to call this service because I wanted a smoking room. When we arrived,Kara stated that the hotel was completely non-smoking. She was extremely patient with me and called Hotels.com to help me with getting another room. This was a horrible experience with Hotels.com.
