The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff was friendly. No complaints.

Bed bugs Booked in room 315! Only slept no more than2 hrs before check out..... Bed bugs.... Fleas.... Or w/e... Bit my neck all up. Highly upset. Refunded...
Make it non-smoking!

OK for the price. For a economical price I was pleased. Little slow on check in, (nobody at front desk), but other than that, I was pleased.

Convenient location Luis checked us in and was very pleasant and thorough. When we stopped by the desk with questions he always responded pleasantly.

Satisfied our need for one night but found hair all over the sink in bathroom.

Very basic The price difference between this and other similar hotels was minimal but part of my choosing had to do with breakfast being included. "Breakfast" was coffee, hot chocolate mix and some granola bars and cheap tiny packaged muffins. Very disappointed.
Clean, good and great service hotel for the price When i read the reviews written by people on TripAdvisor, i was extremely apprehensive however, my office was at walkable distance and i was going to Malvern for a month. Hence i needed a kitchen. To my surprise, the hotel was a decent place. Clean, nicely done rooms, all the amenities that i needed, clean washroom.
