Ok stat Everything was fine,no better, no worse. Just fine. There was trash in the hallway, but other than that it was fine.

Unfancy Although I selected a non-smoking room the room still smelled of smoke. In fact the floor smelled of smoke. I'm not sure if nonsmoking rooms were near smoking rooms but the smell of cigarettes lingered in the air. Also, the room does not come already equipped with utensils, cups, plates, etc. You will need to go down to the front desk to request these items. My room was unfamcy but mostly clean.

We enjoyed the stay but we had to get a different room because the curtains were broken in the first room. Then the heater would not turn down in the room we were in. Woke up the next morning and the room next to us had someone smoking marajua

A Solid Extended Stay! Property was in better than average condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed here on business for 5 nights. The only real issue was the false fire alarm at 3:45 am my first night. Extended Stay could do better on the beds. Mine was about as hard as a bed can be without calling it a floor. There isn't much in the way of local restaurants for my taste. I ended up bringing in food near by place of work because Malvern doesn't seem to have many restaurants that I like.
