Affordable, clean, quiet and comfortable We were visiting my son in West Chester, and stayed for one night. We were very pleased, and would consider staying there again. Since it is an extended stay facility, you will need to bring your blow dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, because there was none in the room. They did provide us with shampoo and conditioner for no extra cost, and extra pillows at the front desk. It was nice having a sink, frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Courteous staff, too.

The Extended Stay Hotel in Philadelphia-Malvern The hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and outgoing, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Access to the hotel itself was a little tricky, you have to do a u-turn or drive around the block (close to a mile). Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again. I would recommend to all who are looking for a place to stay near Philadelphia. They could add an ice machine, unless they had one and we didn't find it.

Emergency Stay - good for what it advertised I usually don't stay at Extended Stays but I did not have a reservation for this night and due it being commencement week in Philly no rooms were available last minute and I ended up here. The front desk person was very nice and accomodated me in double instead of a queen - which was fine as I was only there overnight. no gym here but parking was easy and room was neat and clean. They do allow smoking in the hotel so be sure to ask for room that isnon-smoking and away from the smo... read more

Not satisfied. Could've been better First up, there was no business center. I got charged money for ridiculously slow internet. I can understand the lack of speed if it was free. But if you are charging for something, make sure it's worth it. The staff weren't very obliging. I wanted them to hold my suitcase for a few hours after I checked out so that I could pick it up in the evening and save myself a lot of trouble. Serves the purpose The trip purpose was to move a college student out of their apartment. The second part of the agenda was to check out the facility as a possible short term home for the student. The facility is old, but seemed to be maintained well. The studio room is adequate for a stay of a few months. The particular room that I was in, happened to have what I considered an excessively noisy refrigerator. Good location for suburbia west of Phila Could not get wii-fi connection even though I paid extra for it. Tech support was of no help.
