Good value for cost Nice little kitchen and everything worked,. Limited utensils and dishes though. Enough hotwater and beds were good. Location was perfect for what I wanted. No breakfast, but lots of places nearby. Good parking and not noisy. Overall, a good value for the price.

Malvern Hotel The hotel was very convenient for me because I was taking a class about 1.5 miles away. I was only in the room at night. I would have liked the hotel much better if it wasn't so noisy. I did call the front desk the last night to complain because I had to get up really early the next morning to catch my flight but I'm not sure the front desk did anything because the noise continued all night long.

Will stay at again With the price I paid for a room I was a little scared that it would be a bad experience but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet and it was so convenient to major highways. I travel a lot to this area and will absolutely be staying here again.

Satisfied with the stay I had a comfortable stay at the Extended Stay America, Malvern PA. No complaints. However, it would help if they could post signage outside to indicate the Entry/Exit from the road clearly. I drove past it twice without knowing where to enter the property.
