Good Value I was upset about the prices other hotels charged. This was a good value.

Nice hotel The room was clean and every thing was in working order. Need to have entrance drive marked as I almost drove past it. The staff was very curtious.

Great place for the price Room was clean and comfortable. Wegmanns and Target nearby if you forgot anything. Pack shampoo as there are no frills here. If you are coming from Lancaster Pike (Rte 30), you will have to go past a make a U-turn. Not an issue, though. If you check in late, ignore the "Be back in five minutes" sign and dial 0 for the front desk staff or you will wait for more than 5 mins.

Affordable, clean, quiet and comfortable We were visiting my son in West Chester, and stayed for one night. We were very pleased, and would consider staying there again. Since it is an extended stay facility, you will need to bring your blow dryer, and shampoo/conditioner, because there was none in the room. They did provide us with shampoo and conditioner for no extra cost, and extra pillows at the front desk. It was nice having a sink, frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Courteous staff, too.

The Extended Stay Hotel in Philadelphia-Malvern The hotel is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and outgoing, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Access to the hotel itself was a little tricky, you have to do a u-turn or drive around the block (close to a mile). Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again. I would recommend to all who are looking for a place to stay near Philadelphia. They could add an ice machine, unless they had one and we didn't find it.

Emergency Stay - good for what it advertised I usually don't stay at Extended Stays but I did not have a reservation for this night and due it being commencement week in Philly no rooms were available last minute and I ended up here. The front desk person was very nice and accomodated me in double instead of a queen - which was fine as I was only there overnight. no gym here but parking was easy and room was neat and clean. They do allow smoking in the hotel so be sure to ask for room that isnon-smoking and away from the smo... read more
