The front desk said they would call to make all was fine after we reached the room- no one ever called. Although our room was a non smoking room - it stunk of smoke! When we checked out we had to wait quite a while to wait for assistance. I was disappointed as my daughter is getting married in the area in the fall. I will not recommend this hotel.

Worst towels ever Bring your own towels unless you want to experience extreme exfoliation ever time you wash. I have never seen towels as cheap or nasty as those provided here. Walls have decent soundproofing, but not so much the floors and ceilings. Nothing nearby and a trick to get to if you need to use the u-turn. Not great signage for the entrance and easy to kiss requiring looping around again.

Toilet not clean not even flushed. No soap shampo Expedia should not have recommended this place . I called looking for a hotel and expected better advice. Please do a better job next time.
Avoid Unless You Smoke This was one of the worst hotel stays for me in quite some time. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, however, not much of a lobby and the entire hotel reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Although they have a non-smoking floor, the stench of cigarette smoke permeated the entire hotel. Rooms were quite clean, but furniture was sparse and dated. Flat screen TVs were available but only with analog channels. Their breakfast bar was a joke: packaged muffins, granola bars, terrible coffee and some fruit.

You get what you pay for I guess I shouldn't have expected much for what I paid for my room. Overall the room was adequate but housekeeping could have done a better job. The kitchen area was clean except for the coffee pot which still had the dregs of the last serving dried up in the bottom and the last used coffee pod in the basket. In the bathroom there was a strained (used?) washcloth all neatly folder next to the sink with a very threadbare hand towel. Shower handle broke off was unable to shower that day. Checked out a day early. Not easy to get in to must make a u turn after passing Hotel. Way under staffed, desk clerk does many different jobs and is often not at the desk.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!
Not exactly up to par Condition of hotel was not as it was portrayed online. I would not consider the cleanliness standard for any rating of a hotel. Cleanliness involved the actual room and the lobby. I felt questions that were asked were not clearly answered but instead fumbled over to the point that I had to conclude my own answer of the five that were given. I'm not picky... But man this room smelled terrible. Overall, I slept there, had a hot shower in the morning with good water pressure, but my room stunk of curry and cigarettes. Don't waste your time with their continental breakfast, unless your idea of breakfast is crummy coffee with some fruit and snack bars
