Bad The room is smaller than the picture and it's not a queen bed. The room is not clean neither

The "motel 6" of extended stay hotels. There was only one hotel employee so she was overwhelmed and service was slow. our room did not have a working phone, my mother-in-law's room was missing toilet paper. you had to walk past all the smoking rooms to get to our non-smoking room and then the person across the hall from us was cooking curry all night with the door open. Considering what our relatives got at the Doubletree a few miles away for $92 this place seem like a rip off. I wouldn't pay more than $60 a night for a hote... read more

Don't go. No one ever a front desk. Shabby appearance. Room smelled like curry. Pillows long since should have been changed out. I left a shawl there by mistake. When I called the next day, no one could find it so I think that they have an issue with their cleaning staff.

Not particularly impressed My wife and I stayed at this place two times a week apart. The first time, there were no cups in the room and no shampoo. There were two small pillows on the bed. Although there was a kitchenette, there was nothing in the cabinets. The bed was uncomfortable. The continental breakfast consisted of a coffee pot in front of the desk and a basket of granola bars and apples. The hotel room smelled terrible like a dead animal and the bathroom smelled like urine. The fuse box lock fell off the fuse box door and the hair dryer kept going on an off. We found this room to be unsafe and difficult to stay in. We decided to check out after one night and we were told we would have to either stay and pay for the three nights because we booked through you, (Expedia). They would not give us a receipt. We called you, Expedia, and you were not help! We will not use your services ever again.

The front desk said they would call to make all was fine after we reached the room- no one ever called. Although our room was a non smoking room - it stunk of smoke! When we checked out we had to wait quite a while to wait for assistance. I was disappointed as my daughter is getting married in the area in the fall. I will not recommend this hotel.

Worst towels ever Bring your own towels unless you want to experience extreme exfoliation ever time you wash. I have never seen towels as cheap or nasty as those provided here. Walls have decent soundproofing, but not so much the floors and ceilings. Nothing nearby and a trick to get to if you need to use the u-turn. Not great signage for the entrance and easy to kiss requiring looping around again.

Toilet not clean not even flushed. No soap shampo Expedia should not have recommended this place . I called looking for a hotel and expected better advice. Please do a better job next time.
