Coffee pot had mold in it and shower was filthy The bathroom had old used soap and dirty towels. The coffee pot was full of old grounds and mold

Should be Extended Stay Away Breakfast is packaged muffin and granola bar. That was best part. Had two different reservations for back to back nights. First night at check in could not find reservation (I had called earlier to confirm and to say we would be in after midnight). After getting a fax from Orbitz clerk said oh here it is. Says we don't have any rooms with two beds. Wound up giving two rooms not connected but at least on the same floor. Thought they may have bedbugs, and it was noisy.
Grossest hotel ever! Smelled like animal urine. Do not stay here!

I'm sorry I stayed here. We traveled over 3 hours from NY and arrived after 8pm. We were told that they weren't sure if they had any clean rooms because something was going on with the housekeeping. It took about 20 minutes to check in and during that time the hotelstaff's children were screaming and running around at behind the desk. Once we were given a key, we went to a non-smoking section that smelled horribly of smoke. The room was completely trashed. Stay away!!! Very shabby maintenance. Bad shower head. Funky smell in the room. No hangers. Overall, extremely dirty and poorly maintained.

Near Immaculata University Hotel had an odor, either urine or cooked food. I had to buy Lysol wipes to clean everything & Lysol spray for the room &!opened all the windows. Room smelled better but halls still had strong odors. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom needed cleaning, esp the tub & drain.
Horrible! This motel needs to be removed as an option on Hotels.com. DO NOT USE THIS MOTEL! Took family to visit Philadelphia, Valley Forge and King of Prussia; motel was near all these areas. Pictures depict lobby area accurately but room photos are very deceiving. We went to our floor after check-in and as soon as we stepped off the elevator it reeked of smoke. The room was sparsely cleaned. When we finally retired for the night after a long day, we had insects in our beds. Only wish I could give negative stars!

Bad hotel Had no problem with the man, Randall, who checked us in. Once we got upstairs, the air was very heavy in the hallways and in our room, even with the AC on. The hallways and our room also smelled like smoke and just the smell overall was very unpleasant. Our room was dirty! The bathroom was poorly wiped down, the tub was still dirty and there were crumbs under our sheets. It seemed like the bed was never changed from the previous people, hence the crumbs.
