There was no hair dryer in the room. the tv was set so low (need to be lifted up more) you really couldn't enjoy it, and only half the picture showed up on the screen. The the pillows were really flat.

I expected more for the price of this hotel. The breakfast that was included consisted of prepackaged muffins, single serve granola bars, coffee from two large thermoses, tea and hot chocolate. The room had an unpleasant odor that hit you as soon as the door was opened. The check in staff looked like he was unhappy in his job and didn’t smile once. The check out staff was more friendly and attentive. Overall not a pleasant stay. Next time I will be staying at the Candlewood Suites across the block.
The staff was especially friendly and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. It was a last minute trip and I was happy with my choice.
Close to other hotels and had a small kitchen. Friendly staff
Memorial weekend Young lady at the front desk very helpful and nice I believe she was the manager, Definitely will stay again
Had a reservation and confirmation (printed Thursday 6/20) and the hotel called day of my reservation (Sat 6/22) to say there were no more rooms. Offered me rooms at another lesser nearby hotel. Not interested in a mystery hotel I know nothing about. Runned my weekend and my Saturday night plands. To paraphrase the Seinfeld episode, "You are excellent at taking reservations, but you suck at honoring them.
