Run away- filthy Filthy, dirty, bathroom untouched by cleaning, kitchen really more of a hot plate.

poor the stay wasn't bad the hotel is just not what I appected

Disgusted I checked in late ; but after a few hours in room was so cold I went to front desk were no one was available. So I went to the car and slept for a few hours with the heat running . Mentioning it to the front desk was tantamount to asking to enlist . I sought nothing in terms of that night 's credit yet the assistant manager I met at checkout cross examined me as of I were a hostile witness . I wouldn't go back! I booked for 2days and stayed 1 day. We couldn't get out fast enough. The staff was nice but the room was far from clean. The bathroom was dirty, it smelled like urine, the toilet looked and smelled as if hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The room had a kitchen in it which had stains on the counter that had they used Clorox they could have removed the stains and smell. This hotel needs some serious work. How any one hasn't said anything to them it would be a miracle.

Extremely disappointing Everything from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out was terrible. At the time of check-in, we were told that they never received our reservation. They claim that Expedia never transferred the information to them. During our stay, claimed. The guests have to pick up the amenities (coffee maker, silverware, hair dryer, etc.) from the front desk and carry it with us to our room instead of it being already available at the rooms or delivered by hotel staff.

Service was horrible we waited almost 2 hrs in lobby. Was the night of an engagement ruined my night

The hotel entrance has no name on building . Bathroom was very small ,hard toget around .ant's on night table ,no hair dryer in bath.no coffe maker.

This hotel was dirty, smelly and 100% awful. This was the absolute worst hotel that I have every stayed in. It was dirty, smelly and poorly equipped. No forks, plates, paper towels, glasses and no ice. I complained to the front desk about the horrible smell in my room and asked to be moved to another. Their reply was that they did not have another room at the same rate.
