The people at the front desk was friendly, though they were only available at certain time during the day. We asked for hair dryer and it wasn’t available but luckily there was a Target 4 minutes away! The first room we got, the hot water didn’t work, there was a stain on the bed and there was a small insect crawling on the desk. Then we got moved to another room that was overall cleaner and the hot water works. We are not too happy with our stay but it served it’s purpose.
I would definitely return to this location Very clean. I had no trouble with check-in or throughout my stay. Limited amenities in the room, such as iron, ironing board, conditioner, coffee pot, etc, but it also has that stated ahead of time.

Hotel was clean and safe. Wish I had known that this hotel was so lean on all supplies. I knew this was an extended stay hotel BUT never thought there wouldn’t be any pillows or room supplies at all. Literally 1 roll of toilet paper and bar of soap. That’s it. The front desk works on limited hours and they were never at the desk. Their function is so different than other hotels which I can understand to cut costs but not being able to talk to someone is so inconvenient. Will never stay here again.
