The staff here were very very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. However when getting into our room we noticed the bathroom light was not working when we turned it on it clicked right off, we notified front desk and they offered to switch our room but my son would have to squeeze on a smaller bed with myself and my boyfriend. So we chose to stay and she would send someone up to fix it. It was never done, so for the first 2 nights we had to rig the light to stay on.
