Very nice hotel and the staff was very nice and pleasant
So so Good location, clean nice room, but NO blackout curtains a big no no and the most cheap & uncomfortable bed I have slept in my whole life, and pancake pillows. Besides that a nice room. They need to invest in blackouts curtains and new beds ASAP.
I initially thought it was clean, but I'm consistently seeing cockroaches in whatever room I get and on the corridor walls. I'm seeing people putting trash out in the hallway and no-one tending it. Unclean.

This property opened up my room without my knowledge or permission, to let contractors do routine cleaning of the A/C unit. They had my number but never contacted me. They claimed that they tried calling my room. I had been staying there for two weeks before that day. Many other rooms were complaining that they were not notified either. When Expedia inquired about it, the property would not give any explanation. The management has a terrible outlook on your privacy.
