First time Was clean
Kind and responsive staff, but extremely limited anything else. An additional towel, soap or even getting the trash emptied will cost extra. Want coffee, you either have to BUY a coffee maker or go off site. The kitchenette had NO pans, utensils, towels or anything to use to even boil water. You can BUY pans from them. It’s a bare bones place, to say the least.
The place looked ok, the issues are the roaches, one in the hallway & one in my room.
The people at the front desk was friendly, though they were only available at certain time during the day. We asked for hair dryer and it wasn’t available but luckily there was a Target 4 minutes away! The first room we got, the hot water didn’t work, there was a stain on the bed and there was a small insect crawling on the desk. Then we got moved to another room that was overall cleaner and the hot water works. We are not too happy with our stay but it served it’s purpose.
I would definitely return to this location Very clean. I had no trouble with check-in or throughout my stay. Limited amenities in the room, such as iron, ironing board, conditioner, coffee pot, etc, but it also has that stated ahead of time.
