Garbage You have to throw out your own garbage due to "covid". The garbage bags are flimsy. Please if you are going to make people toss their own, provde decent bags.

The front desk girl Mercedes was very nice and helpful and had great customer service. The first room I was in was disgusting and smelled like old black and milds with old food. However, when I went down to tell Ms. Mercedes about it she changed my room and it was wayyy cleaner. House keeping needs to do a better job with cleaning each room properly and making sure the sheets don’t smell or are stained

Each room has a stove top and full fridge. Cutting board and laundry basket also... Very clean and quiet. Like a small studio apt

Ok in a pinch, I will try across the street next time Starting with the good, you have to pick up a phone to have front desk "open" to check in, but the woman came quickly and was friendly. The building/room is freshly painted and clean. The bad, no ice bucket or ice to be found anywhere, no little coffee maker in the room, and no hair dryer. Confusing late night check in Very interesting after hours check in was not what anyone would ever expect and there is very little signage to help. I arrived around 11 pm, the front desk had a roll down storm gate like the kind that you have over your windows in the Caribbean for hurricane damage. It was shut and locked and there was not a soul in sight. There is a dial phone on the wall in the vestibule. No signage about check in information or instructions.
