Staff was ok, not bad but not great. Room was not as clean as it should be, looks like they did the bare minimum. There was paper in floor, trash can needed to be rinsed out, dust balls & there was no cookware. Be mindful that the front desk is not tended to 24/7 so if you need something you have to call customer service at a central location & they will contact someone at the hotel (which took iver 20 minutes) I went throught about 4 key cards, sometimes they worked & sometimes they didn't. This hotel wasn't worth cost.
The amenities (gym, laundry mat . Close to a mall and highway)
It was my first stay there, so I wasn't sure what to bring with me. I'll know next time to bring my own coffee, utensils, dishes. My only disappointment was that there were no PBS stations on the tv. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and got a good night's sleep!
Each room has the amenities of refrigerator, microwave, and small stove tops. Bathrooms are pretty big. All and all very nice room.
Business Travler The room wasn’t cleaned and to check in it took over an hour. Other than that everything was good.
Clean is what i liked about the place. I didnt like that theres only one trash that fills quickly outside the building...two is neccessary. I have no problems. Awesome place. Im there alot.....work related.
