Staff was ok, not bad but not great. Room was not as clean as it should be, looks like they did the bare minimum. There was paper in floor, trash can needed to be rinsed out, dust balls & there was no cookware. Be mindful that the front desk is not tended to 24/7 so if you need something you have to call customer service at a central location & they will contact someone at the hotel (which took iver 20 minutes) I went throught about 4 key cards, sometimes they worked & sometimes they didn't.
