It was disappointing all around.. the gym was not available 24 hours like the site read.. No one’s at the desk overnight. I’m not sure if they go to a room and sleep and you have to call and wake them up if you need something. Then to top it off on our second night my son woke up and there was a roach on his bed.

Disappointed The fitness center was advertised as 24 hours but was not the case. When there i was told it is only open during hours the attendant is staffing the front desk. Additionally the beds were made with dirty blankets between the fitted sheet and sheet with sheet between blanket and comforter. Based on price paid for a weekend stay, left disappointed. However, the room was clean.

Inconvenienced upon arrival Check in was unexpectedly complicated since there is no front desk staff after 8pm. We arrived late, we’re exhausted and we’re traveling with children. I had to call and wait for someone to assist with check in. It would have been nice to have contact info before we arrived. Also we had to stay in separate rooms as an entire family because the room I booked wasn’t available.

No one is ever at the counter. I waited for 15 minutes just to get some one to check me in. And let’s not forget about the crew of people drinking in the parking lot all night on a Tuesday 🙄

Good price. No toilet paper, hairdryer, glasses, plates,ice maker and no staff between 10pm and 8am. Bathroom and floors were dirty and staff would not clean room when requested. Towels were thin and no hand towel. Bedding was limited to one sheet and one thin ill-fitting blanket. Window treatments were broken so no darkening of room

Clean your rooms We got a room on the 4th floor . It smelled like roach spray. We went in the room their are roaches where the kitchen area is at . There was no shower curtains. There was other people clothes and shoes left in the drawers. The floors was not mop . The floors was very sticky when you walk . And the room had an old person smell .
