PLEASE DONT After waiting over 25mins to check-in, when we finally made it to our room at the “back” of the hotel there was no television remote and once I contacted to hotels after hours number. I was told there was nothing they could do until the morning. But that’s when I was checking out so that would be pointless. The glass shower door was so filthy I refused to that a shower in it. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again

THE WORST HOTEL IVE EVER “STAYED” AT!!!! My friend and I chose this hotel to stay at for one night for a few hours due to a job we had the next day. We check in, head up to the room, and the hallway reeked of poop. We walk in and see nothing but dead roaches, hair on the bed sheets and in the shower, trash under the mattresses, and blood/brown stains on the bed sheets. Dissatisfied Bathroom exhaust loud, room too small and you have to pay extra for clean linen and towels… this hotel cost too much for the service and condition it’s in

No staff for business hours front desk was always close stayed for 9 days no housekeeping and room was half way clean blood on the hallway floor that set there for 3 days no pots or pans or anything to eat with no dish soap had to buy pans soap and toilet paper I would never stay here again

Agents were MIA on my check in and check out I arrived at 230am and even though I had called ahead of time to let the front desk know I had to wait a long time to be checked in. No one was available at front desk and it looked like they were sleeping in a room because she came down the elevator in pajamas. I had to use the after hrs phone like 3xs before someone came down to assist me. When I checked out there wasn't a front desk agent available either .
