Would not be staying here or anywhere from this franchise
This was my second stay at this property and it was nothing like the first. For one there was roaches in the room, and the room didn’t seem like it was cleaned from the previous guest. Or barely cleaned
Booked threw Expedia got there first room had roaches ask for another open fridge door and more roaches have pictures spoke to someone on phone rudely hung up on me when I asked if she was the manager
Disappointing stay… It was disappointing.. they had roaches in the first room I was given.. the second room given was recently used as the door was open when I arrived and hadn’t been cleaned. I then had to be moved to a third room. The customer service was very non-chalant about the whole ordeal… surprisingly so considering they are under new management. I wouldn’t recommend going back.
