Was charged a $65 fee at check in for no reason. Manager refuses to return call or email. After 4 phone calls, staff acknowledge was wrong to charge, but manager does nothing about it. Disputing charge with CC company. Do not stay here. Read other reviews for more information.

We got there late. First they didn't have the right room for us. Then we had to leave early to make it to CHOP for our daughter's appointments. When I woke up and went into the bathroom there was a roach on the counter crawling.

DO NOT STAY HERE I spent more time in the lobby than in a room. The staff is friendly but clueless. First room ant and roach infested. Second room keys did not work. Third room I walked in and someone was already staying there!!! Got into forth room after 3am because after hours you have to use the phone in the lobby to call a central number that in turn calls the on site staff. Horrible One of the worst hotels I have ever been in. When we arrived, there was a family in the very cramped and tiny lobby taking a covid test! And then proceeded to touch everything in the lobby without so much as using hand sanitizer. When we got to our room, there was a strange odor and you could tell the floor had not been properly mopped. I inspected the beds (which were just queen sized cots) for bed bugs, didnt find any thank goodness, but did find plenty lf crumbs and large stains on the mattress. I slept on top of... read more

there were no blackout curtains, didn’t have enough towels and pillows for four people and they charge for additional. also, there was only a sheet on the beds, no comforter! we did find a bug in the bathroom and the help desk wasn’t helpful and rude.
